Lookoff 2030 – Phase 2 of the Integrated Community Sustainability Plan (ICSP)
The first phase of the Lookoff 2030 planning process identified nine (9) strategic priority areas concerning sustainable development in Kings County and also included a Vision statement for the County. The second phase of this project began in September, 2009 and must, within a four (4) month timeframe, identify specific action plans concerning the strategic priority areas. The Notice of Project Commencement is attached below.
Community consultation will once again be an important component of this process and two (2) public meetings have been scheduled to hear from the general public:
Wednesday October 7, 2009 from 7-9 PM at the Port Williams Community Centre
(Multi-purpose room), and
Thursday October 8, 2009 from 7-9 PM at the Kingston Fire Hall
